BlackListed! Magazine

BackListed Magazine is published by FocusedGroup Media, LLC, an independent, limited liability corporation chartered in the state of Florida in December 2008.  All advertisements are subject to the final approval of the editorial board and we reserve the right to not accept a submission.

Tear sheets and billing statements are sent monthly; accounts are due at the end of the month in which the bill was received. Advertising will not be accepted from accounts with balances 30 days past due. Advertising rates are subject to change. Payment for political ads must be made at least 8 days in advance of publication, in compliance with federal law. Advertising canceled 3 days preceding publication will be removed from the lineup, but the advertiser remains liable for full payment. FocusedGroup, LLC assumes no liability for its failure to run an advertisement for typographical and other errors in ad material. In the event of an error, BlackListed Magazine will rerun the ad at no cost; reimbursements are only issued in the event an ad becomes untimely. Errors must be reported no later than five days after publication.

All terms, conditions, and rates contained in the media kit are incorporated by reference and made part of the BlackListed Magazine Basic Advertising Contract. The advertiser and/or agency agrees to assume full and complete responsibility for the content of any advertisement placed on blacklistedmag.com. Advertising simulating editorial content will run with the words “Paid Advertisement” in 10-point or larger typeface.
