Is Soul Food Killing The Heart?The prevalence of obesity in the United States has more than doubled in the past three decades, and the African-American community has certainly been affected disproportionally.

But while the alarming statistics are clear, the reasons behind the growing epidemic remain unknown. Could it be that the foods we eat are that much unhealthier than in other cultures? Or is it something deeper? Kallan Louis reports.
